Yes, inside the conversation. Rodoud collects the product, variant, quantity, name, phone and address, sums up the order including delivery fees if you provide them, and asks the customer to confirm before recording it and notifying your team.
Does Rodoud send the parcel to the delivery company?
Rodoud records the confirmed order and notifies you; your team then ships it as usual. The order details are complete and confirmed, which makes preparation and delivery easier.
What happens if the customer cancels or changes the order?
Rodoud logs the cancellation or change request as a task and sends you a notification, so you can update the order before it ships.
